What tea to accompany the chocolate?
Happy Ostara to all! It's time to look for eggs and other chocolate bunnies, and especially to taste them. But what tea best accompanies what small and old love so much? We're going to see three different alliances.
First of all there is what is called tone on tone. Here it is a question of finding a tea with natural aromas of cocoa such as Cocoa infusion - Caramel. Chocolate and butter will grow in size and length in the mouth.
Then there is the contrast that will come to revive, titillate the chocolate during the tasting. So you can choose a citrus-based tea for a freshly-flavoured accord like Hygie's Detox tea.
And finally, here is an alliance that I particularly like. That of chocolate married to jasmine tea. You must of course choose a good jasmine tea, very fine. Its floral notes soften the cocoa in an extraordinary way by bringing out its milky side for a very interesting fusion.
