"I was looking for new flavors, new sensations for my personal detox at the start of the year. I wanted a change! January carries a symbolic imprint that often determines the rest of our year. For this renewal I decided to work the vegetables in infusion. With the spinach and the carrot I found a "potion" which, since the process of the tested, will give you the positive impetus for this new year. I added apple, lemongrass and mint for freshness and a beautiful harmonization ".
